Since we have been in the groove for 3 weeks now, I thought I would give a quick homeschooling update. We are all still alive! :) It's been difficult getting a routine down, but the kids are really starting to like it. We do Language Arts, Math, typing and Japanese everyday. We do History on Monday and Wednesday, Science on Tuesday and Friday and Geography on Thursdays. On Friday, we do a Christian/military Co-op that will have classes, field trips and group parties. It's been fun getting to know these ladies and the positive effects that homeshool can have. My patience has been tried and we are far from perfect, however, the best part of this is I am establishing a great relationship with my kids. Instead of the constant hurray and yelling, we go at a much slower pace, actually talk about things and communicate and clean together. It's been awesome!
The kids are flying through their lessons. This week, I ordered the 2nd grade Language Arts for Justin because the 1st grade stuff is WAY to easy for him. So glad I am able to see what they are doing and enjoy time with them! My goal this week is to get to the gym to work out at least 2 days. Do you think I can do it?
Now, for my plea - Nate has managed to somehow fry the motherboard to our computer (okay, I don't know if it's entirely his fault, but I am sure it is!) So, I have lost ALL of our addresses. So, could you please e-mail me or facebook message me or somehow get me your address. I am talking everyone. I literally have NO ONE'S addresses. Please please please!!! If you want a Christmas card, you need to get me your address!

Need addresses!!
As a direct result of our hard drive crashing, we are in need of addresses. We need everyone's. No one is exempt from this call. If you don't e-mail me your address, you won't get Christmas cards, an address change form (which is soon to come!) or birthday (and other occasions) cards. Please send an e-mail to askjnm@gmail.com and include your address and phone number.
**We are baking up our hard drive now, so this should be the last time I need your address, unless you move!!
